1. What does Chinandogo sell?

Chinandogo sells electronics and related accessories such as phones, tablets, laptops, computers, audio products, networking items, security systems, and solar-related products, subject to availability.

2. How do I place an order?

Select a product, review the product information, add it to cart, confirm quantity, enter your contact and delivery details, choose a payment method, accept the checkout terms, and submit the order.

3. Which payment methods are available?

The checkout page supports M-PESA STK Push and Bank Transfer. A customer may be contacted to confirm order details before dispatch, especially for high-value or Bank Transfer orders.

4. Is delivery free?

Delivery is not shown as free unless it has been confirmed. Shipping cost depends on delivery location, product size, product weight, and delivery method. The delivery fee should be confirmed before payment completion or before dispatch for Bank Transfer orders.

5. How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines depend on the delivery location, courier availability, product availability, and order confirmation. Nairobi deliveries may be faster than deliveries outside Nairobi. Customers will be advised when an order is processed for dispatch.

6. Can I request an order update?

Yes. Use the Track Order page to request an order update using your order number and contact details. Chinandogo does not display automatic live courier tracking unless a tracking reference has been provided by the delivery provider.

7. Can I return a product?

Returns are handled according to the Returns & Refunds Policy. Return eligibility depends on the return window, product condition, packaging, accessories, proof of purchase, and whether the item is returnable.

8. How are refunds handled?

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timing and refund method are explained in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. What should I do if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact Chinandogo as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a clear description of the issue. The support team will review the issue and advise the next step.
