  1. Customer submits an order with product, contact, and delivery details.
  2. Payment method is selected: M-PESA STK Push or Bank Transfer.
  3. Chinandogo may confirm the order details by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or website communication.
  4. After confirmation, the order may be packed, dispatched, delivered, or prepared for pickup where applicable.

5. Payment Terms

Available payment options are shown during checkout. Payment options may include M-PESA STK Push and Bank Transfer for the customer's location or order type.

  • Customers should only confirm payment prompts that match the correct amount and merchant/order details.
  • Customers should not share M-PESA PINs, card PINs, passwords, or one-time codes with anyone.
  • For Bank Transfer, payment should be completed and receipt shared via WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be confirmed or if Bank Transfer payment cannot be confirmed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is handled according to the Shipping Policy. Delivery coverage, timelines, and fees depend on the product, location, and delivery method.

  • Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, town, area, and address details.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, location, public holidays, weather, stock confirmation, or incorrect customer details.
  • Failed delivery due to wrong address, unreachable phone, unavailable customer, or changed location may lead to redelivery fees or cancellation.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged or incorrect item reports are handled according to the Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Customers should review the return window, eligibility requirements, item condition requirements, and return process before placing an order.
